the departure time indicated in tje ticket was 11:30 am but in nreality we departed at odiongan port at 12:30 pm

Always at the upper part of the bunk. Linen is not that good. Dock place is too far from the bus waiting area.

The communication of online ticket agent and the ferry is very bad, we ended up had to wait longer than buying at the pier, we were the last one that boarded the ferry. There is no point to buy online and the price is 100 php more

No paper and soap in toilets. Asking for a blanquet obligate customers to let a personal belonging like the ID what i find riculous and very risky for foreign travelers, because PASSPORT its essential for us. No vegetarian or vegan food available. Hard to sleep in bed with no cushion (at least for me).The whole vessel and cleanliness its very good (toilets could be cleaner).
