Not too bad, seats are comfy and spacious. My screen is not working! Would be better if transport was provided after arriving at the bus station (which is really far from the city) as these taxi drivers around once we alighted were all surrounding and trying to scam us with ridiculous price just to get to the city.

Got picked up at hotel by bus company staff to terminal. Comfy seats, hot coffee before departure..snacks and extra drinks were distributed. Stopped for a meal and continue journey. Over all pleasant ride from 9pm to 6am.

The BUS is def one of the most comfortable I've been and the staff is also very friendly and helpful during the trip. However, you must be aware that at least half of the trip is made in bumpy roads and you have to be open minded in order to not be afraid. There's about 500km done in a Highway (from 00 to 5am aprox) and you can organize yourself to have a rest / sleep in this specific time slot. One thing I must point out and really disliked, is the drop off situation. We're asked by the JJ staff where we wanted to exit - there were two stops, bus station and downtown. We replied that we wanted to exit in the downtown next to Sude Pagoda because our hotel was there. Entering Yangon, you have to switch to a smaller BUS that is supposed to take you to one of the exits you chose: bus station or downtown. Well, this BUS only made one stop that was the BUS station and made everyone leave. Downtown stop was not a stop and as soon as you exit the BUS you are approached by taxi drivers that want to take you. This seems like a scheme to make everyone catch a taxi. My advise is that everyone uses Grab as soon they arrive at this station and avoid using those taxis waiting. At least you pay for a fair price and avoid dealing with this unpleasant situation at 7 in the morning.

I bought an express ticket from Bagan to Aung Mingular but instead this bus makes multiple stops along the way to pickup random people by the roadside. I think this wasted time and we were not informed about it. The music is turned on super loud and it was only lowered after we complained. On a 9 hour bus ride, you tend to want to get some sleep but this was impossible due to the loud music. The bus conductor also did not tell us how long a stop would be, so we had to constantly check so that we can manage time and not get left behind. I know its an economy ticket but the cleanliness on the bus really does need to be improved.

Overall, It was a good experience .Tickets were delivered to the Hotel in Yangon per our agreement during booking process. This service was not granted on the return from Bagan to Yangon. If I had to make any recommendation, it would be to remodel the sleeping coach. It was old and the restroom was absolutely disgusting.

The bus was alright and almost on time...not so many foreigners so you get to taste local experience...staff friendly and even they did not speak english they tried their best to explain...if you asked them that you needed break for physiological needs they stopped...i think if you dont expect western standart and that is probably why we travel to such contries then its ok...only thing i did not like was that we stopped almost at the end of journey at some village just for some local shopping such as fruits etc.

It was ours best travel by bus ever. Very spacious, excellent seats, enterteiment system with good movies, we were feeling like in the best airlines, like Qatar Airways. Your personel is absolutly polite. And pickup from hotel, absolutly excellent journey. And at least we were in Yangon before time. So absolutly first class. Thank You.

19 hour train ride sounds daunting and horrible but it was actually really great. I’m from the US and never did anything like this. I surprisingly went to sleep easily and didn’t have any dizziness after waking up from my 8 hour sleep. Simple to understand, had great food (but somewhat pricey food for myanmar, about 7,000 kyat a plate). Would definitely recommend this route for the low price of $25 USD since it’s basically a plane ticket and hotel wrapped into one!

Excellent service - my tickets were delivered to my respective hotels in Mandalay and Bagan 1 day prior to departure, with an email notification to ask for them at the reception - so, even being an inexperienced traveller you feel you are taken good care of.

Tickets were delivered to the Hotel as bespoken during booking process and confirmation email was sent as well so the Support Service was 5star. The Sleeper train though wasnt really what we expected as it was nothing like the pictures they have online. The 4 sleeper cabin only had two beds (booked 3) and the other 2 beds were the seats which you could pull together to sleep. Allthough it was a private cabin, clean and with a private bathroom. Ride was quite bumpy but an experience which you should do ig you have the 18hours and have a look at the breathtaking landscapes. The food they supplied (You could pre order your Breakfast and Dinner) was really expensive, be careful.

Surprised how this wasn’t the worst travel night of my life. Arrived early and was able to get sleep. I would make the pick up van more efficient, one loop in town only, if people aren’t there and ready, too bad. Also, i would explain the drop off a little more clearly. There are taxis on the side of the road that can take you to town.
