We ordered sleeper train tickets from Nong Khai to Bangkok from 12go.asia. They got exactly what we wanted, communicated clearly with us and had the tickets waiting for collection at Nong Khai station, all very efficient. Excellent service.

train #26 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways, Dec 21, 2019
The train was new and fresh, the working personel extremely kind and helpful. Was a bit scetchy to get the ticket from some random dude away from the real ticket counter. But I guess that's not entirely 12gos fault.

Very comfortable and cosy. Loved the whole set up. Very clean canin and clean toilets. Breakfast awful. Inedible and used more plastic than I thought possible.

train #26 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways, Dec 10, 2019
2nd class AC sleeper - Nice new train, but it's not as comfortable as the old sleeper cars. The bed is harder and the seats aren't as nice either. The curtains are thin, and bright lights are on all night, so it's hard to sleep. The train was on time, right to the minute. Staff are very efficient and polite. It would be better if they waited another hour before making up the beds, to give time to have dinner. Food in the dining car was adequate but not great. Nong Khai station is good, clean and efficient. But nothing much there for food. There are some basic food stall places across the street.

Easy exchange of voucher and ticket, bus was on time, reclining seats, usb charging, free drinks and snacks! Staff on bus didn’t speak English and weren’t super friendly but it was the best bus I’ve had in Asia all in all.

All my tickets (not just this one) were delivered at the Nongkhai parcel office, very efficient! The train was super clean, the staff very kind and hard-working, and the journey extremely comfortable. We arrived at Hualamphong with a slight delay, probably about 15min
