We should be informed that the bus is going straight for 2,5h without stopping. At the stopping point we didn’t understand that we had to switch busses because the driver didn’t speak english. We thought that this is a toilet break. So as we realized that we had to grab all our stuff and switch the bus there was almost no time left. Just inform the customers when you send the travel ticket by email about the itinerary .

The bus was 1 hour late and than we needed to transfer in an other bus without telling us. And then we arrived with 2 hours delay on a way that normally take 3,5 hours.

You book for 22:10, you don't get the bus. We were ther at 21:10. They said to us, we had to take the bus at 22:50. You have to plan 1,5h more before and 1,5h later.

The air conditioning was too weak, and the seats were not very comfortable. With the hot weather in Ho Chi Minh City and Mui Ne, I expected the bus to have stronger air conditioning. The overall comfort could be improved. However, the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and would immediately contact me through WhatsApp to discuss and solve any issues. The staff at the Mui Ne station were also very helpful, friendly, and kind.

Bus arrived an hour and a half late, they also made us switch from the sleeper bus to a normal bus which took ages to leave and wasn’t mentioned

It was good . On time dropped off at my hotel. I prefer a seated bus as I am 6 foot and the sleeper bus is not comfortable for me.
