Passenger reviews out of total 2,527 passengers who traveled with us on this route.

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

2Go online booking is legit and hassle-free. Eticket received after payment. Thanks to 2Go. I booked 1st day as soon as the online booking opened. We were 17pax including children. I chose skybus because of the lazy boy. Booked at 7pm Apr 17th. Our bus came in an hour and a half late. We were escorted at the back portion of the bus. I noticed that all seats were not lazy boy, only the front half part. The back part are all regular reclining chair. And all 17 of us were escorted at that portion. Do they have different rates for the lazy boy? If we were informed of that, we are willing to pay for confortability but nobody informed us. I was expecting that we'll occupy that part since i booked on the day it was opened, really waited for its opening. I thought its 1st come 1st serve basis. While we showed our eticket in exchange for our bus ticket, a customer is also complaining and the personnel he was talking too is so angry because there's a problem between online booking and walk-ins. It was overbooked and they have to request another bus to transfer all those who made the booking online that was confirmed but excess passengers already. That personnel commented also that they want to remove their online booking because it is creating confusion. I think database is not updated when bookings were made. Another thing, the driver is driving too fast that night, too much overtaking specially in curve areas. We were thinking of our kids at that time. I thought they are maintaining a certain speed for safety purposes. I cannot sleep because i can feel how fast we are running. Prayed really hard that night. Too many stopovers. 10am, we're still at Naga. ATM, still travelling, maybe still an hour more to our destination.

Very efficient journey (12.5 hours Manila to Legaspi). Bus was well AC'd and managed to get 5 hours kip. Check in was a pallaver - the staff at Buendia seemed to struggle with e-tickets and the security guard kept trying to put us in a long ticket purchasing queue, in which we would certainly have missed our Bus!

Fast and safe travel; it took us only 9 hours from Alabang to Bato crossing, considering there were 2 stopovers. 1 area for improvement: customer service by staff counter (Alabang); he was not polite and accommodating, and he did not inform us that the bus was already waiting for us outside; good thing the security guard checked our tickets.

Why is it that the fare is higher than paying in the booking office. We paid 1,040 pesos online while if your going to buy in the booking office its only 750.00 something. It's so big difference.....that economy fare. Hope to put action on it...thank you. Drivers thumbs up....

Our trip was delayed for 10 hours.(due to landslide and floods) Our night trip became a day trip. Though, it was understandable bacause it was a situation nobody can control. Kudos to the drivers who patiently drove us to our places safely and sacrificed their new year's eve for us.

Trip was okay but the attendants at the DLTB bus station, the females who release tickets, are rude, slow, panay chika, and even commit mistakes like double booking for the same seat. Did I just say that when they found out they laughed pa sa katangahang ginawa nila and said to me "pasensiya na Ma'am nadoble po yung booking, lipat na lang kayo sa likod kasi kayo nahuli magbook". I think attitude and manner could not be taught during training no.

For starters, it is not what we expected. The lazy. Boy seats are wormed out. Seat belt not totally working. It's not what it looks in the web. Worse was we were seated at the last row of the bus. It's like we were at a rock concert head banging!
