Since my plane had changed I had to cancel two bookings. Even though I had cancelled the day before I did not get any refund. The company should change this in the future. In particular since once you arrive at arcade it is actually easy to book, so in the future I will not choose the service anymore. I also did not like that the driver did not let me get out at a more convenient place, but drove to the far last stop.
