Had to wait 2.5hrs until another person could be on bus. Driver stopped 3 times to drop off personal items. I asked to be dropped off before station and he was rude. I had to walk 4km with 13kg bag as a result. Driver friend offered me a lift for a huge price while laughing at me.

A cheap way to get to the waterfall in an air-conditioned small bus - BUT they pack you in. Some of us were sitting on plastic stools and others had to stand for the one-hour journey, so arrive early if you want a proper seat!

Over 3 hours late. Not the minivan in the photo, no air conditioning, and so much dust when we boarded that our clothes and bags were dirty before we even started our trip. Seriously, that heap of junk was a real hazard. The other minibuses had the comfort I'd hoped for. The driver even stopped in a town to pick up a friend. Of all our experiences with the 12GO platform, this is the worst!!! Truly very disappointing...

Poor organisation Bus planned at 8am but the company contacted me the day before to give me the meeting point which was wrong and ended in missing my shuttle. On the way back, no clear sign and no clear indication by the company via WhatsApp that just said “please ask the staff”. I tried to call and had no answer resulting in stress for everyone.
