He was very friendly. However, he looked more at his cell phone than at the street. we didn't feel that safe. Unfortunately, the pick-up took a while. but overall it was very good

The Taxi driver was 15-20 minutes late, and we didn't received a name or Car name before. So we were a little afraid, that we maybe didn't picked up.

there were a couple of little kids sitting behind me who were noisy and kept playing around with the curtain and generally being annoying... and although the bus wasn't driving slowly, it was about an hour late arriving at Mochit... maybe lost 15-20 minutes due to (predictable) bad traffic in Bangkok... but the schedule should represent a plausible journey time.

All well up to Thailand border, after bordrecrossing we changed to a new minibuss. We had to wait 2 hours for two more passenger in order to fill all seats in the bus.

Driver was very good and very good driver

This bus is a better option than the minibuses as you have more space and there's no luggage kept in the aisle, but it still isn't very comfortable if you are tall and someone is sitting next to you. Calling this an express bus is a total joke, the driver stops every 20m to pick or drop ppl or do whatever. This trip should have taken way shorter. The driver didn't even stop for a lunch or bathroom break until 4 hours into the journey. Going between Trat\Koh Chang and BKK is not worth it, there are no good options. Never will go there again.

trip from Trat to Bangkok, so obviously the most expensive ticket, but unking lady put us at the last seats of the bus, which were the most uncomfortable. Asked to changed but no possible with stubborn lady. Not logic when other people step in the bus with less time to spend in the bus.
