I can’t seat on the bus. I came to place in the map on pdf ticket and bus didn’t arrive. I had to buy a new ticket that evening. Can you return money for this ticket?

Lots of leg room, multiple stops on the journey and went by much quicker that I thought. Lights where off for almost the entire journey meaning sleep was easy.
