Passenger reviews out of total 135 passengers who traveled with us on this route.

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

Your ticket service was excellent and the train trip within Malaysia was great the Thai part of the journey was a little bit slower and not as comfortable, but of course that is not your fault.

Hassle free booking. This was our 1st trip. Probably advice passenger to bring sweater or jackets to keep warm as the AC gets very cold after awhile.

The seat is very comfortable and the staff are really helpful. The train is also on time. One thing though, shuttle trains to hat yai i think only has 2 schedules. And the ticketing office opens only at specific times (9am and 2:30pm Thai time) so it's a little difficult to catch one. But stilm worth the experience.

Trains were awesome, clean, and fast. I was surprised with the free snacks that were given to us. One down side though is that it was too cold inside the train. But I guess we all just need to prepare for a jacket or cardigan.
