Elena SI found 2 cockroaches in my seat. One was in the armrest, and the other one was in the seat. I was really shocked to find cockroaches in your bus. And I asked for a refund, due to that car didn't have hygienic conditions. I don't recommend anyone to take this bus.

Sabrino MOverall, the trip was good, but the experience was terrible. In the morning, I wanted to help the attendant of train car 2—where we were staying—by folding the bedsheets. Well, I should have never done that. Because it wasn't done his way, he humiliated me (and a neighbor who had also already folded her sheets) on the train by shouting at us for minutes. He even threatened us with the police and a fine. It was a very unpleasant and distressing experience. That man should not be working this job.

It took me a while to learn it, it's a new way of dealing with public transportation.
The experience at the airport was very difficult and challenging in terms of the internet there.
I probably fell into a bad connection that caused my phone to close and disconnect, and it also took me a long time to connect with my computer.
So for the first two hours I had to literally fumble in the dark about the location of the flight desk.
Once the location was found, everything went quickly and with impressive efficiency.
And so was from the moment I arrived in Chiang Mai; Because the phone didn't work, I ordered a taxi from the airport at a taxi stand, which cost me more than usual, but I met a good man there who offered to help, and a nice taxi driver who brought me to the hotel.
Here in Chiang Mai, I haven't used the Grab app yet, but my experience shows that it's good, so as soon as I need it, I'll use it again.

Julia EThe train ride was a nice experience. Staff was very friendly, the Beds comfortable, but thy did not turn off the lights and in the upper bed the lights shined very bright all night long.
The ticket pick up before the train ride was also tricky and not good communicated. You do not get your ticket at the train station you leave for Chiang Mai but in a MRT station 2km away. It was quite messy till we had our ticket and got back to the train station. The staff from 12 Go Asia was not helpful.
