The Shuttle bus was 1 and a half hour late. We tried calling and texting the company but they didn’t answer us so we couldn’t contact them to know if or when the bus would arrive. Our hotel then helped us and called the company and they answered on the first try! They said to the hotel that they would come and pick us up but 1 and a half hour late! Really bad service from the company’s side.

Bought this specific ticket because it was supposed to be a bus, it wasn’t. It was a small super cramped passenger van. They also dropped me off at bus terminal 1 instead of the bus terminal 2 that was in the booking.

They didn’t stop in any moment in 3 hours, only for picking up some people, no toilet, I had to change sit because they put the volume of TV extremely high, you can’t even rest a little.
