At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

On time! Old bus. Staff is good. Priority service of 50 Baht is nothing. I paid but never got anything else than the rest.

★★★★☆ May 7, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Seatran Discovery) :
Mostly good. Staff service fine and smooth sailing. The bus and the ferry were grimy, though, and we arrived 30 mins late -- which seems to be a common theme, so just plan for it.
★★★★★ Apr 28, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Seatran Discovery) :
Everything went smoothly. The only slightly negative thing was that it was incredibly unclear where to go inside the ferry complex to make the connection. But that was minor!

I arrive 1h 30 min later to Koh Tao. The reception was closed and i had a lot of issues due to trip delay.
★★★☆☆ Mar 18, 2016 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Lomprayah) :
Llegamos mas tarde de la hora estipulada. Y el modo en el que van las maletas no me gusta, es un caos, cualquiera se puede llevar la tuya
★★☆☆☆ Jul 10, 2015 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Seatran Discovery) :
I wouldn't have hesitated to give this service a top review, everything was smooth, the booking, the company even picked us up when we were a bit lost in Krabi trying to find the office.. Then we got on the bus. Not only did the drivers waste about 40 min pulling to the side of the road and smoking (only a 3 hour ride..) they then started to make up for lost time by doing some of the most dangerous and terrifying driving I've ever been subjected to. I know that driving is very different in Thailand than in North America.. But this was something different entirely. Totally unprofessional. The two were also smoking in the front of the bus, blowing air freshener back at us passengers. I wouldn't care to put my life in the hands of two arrogant young men who found it funny to take seriously scary chances with the lives of others. I'll be using someone else next time. People travelling with children, beware.
