We needed to change the ticket but 12 Go support was inaccessible and we have no way contacting 12 Go over the phone and Seatran ferry customer service cannot modify the booking as 12 Go should arrange it. Furthermore, price is cheaper if we get the same ticket at the pier costs 250 bahts per person while we paid 420 bahts per person for this booking via 12 Go. I would not want to arrange the ferry ticket with 12 Go anymore.

Boat was late by 15 minutes. We had no idea where to go when we docked so had to ask around. When we got to the airport there was no checked luggage option costs (as the website mentioned) we had to twice for the higher tier- the airline had no way of contacting 12go Asia, to talk about adding luggage. All in all we arrived fine and with enough time-airport is very small but has some food places
