At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★★★ Aug 18, 2017 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Lomprayah) :
Aucun problème : le bus entre Don Sak et Krabi était tres comfortable. Van entre Krabi et Koh Lanta avec une arrivée à 16h00 au lieu de 17h00 prévu

★★★★☆ Nov 2, 2016 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Seatran Discovery) :
For the price, this was a really good trip. Make sure to bring snacks and drinks because it's a long old ride. The van at the end was a bit cramped but we were taken directly to our hotel. For 900 bahts each, it was well worth it. Made it to our hotel in Koh Lanta for around 7pm. :)
★★★★★ Aug 24, 2016 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Seatran Discovery) :
Everything ok. Mini van had a lot of people but sits for everyone. Right schedule. The driver of the mini van was nice talk to the person i rent the house and help me to find him. (let me next to the bank i he can find me).
★★☆☆☆ Jun 29, 2016 (ferry High Speed Ferry, Seatran Discovery) :
Good service, but the bus ride was awful, it didn't have any shock absorption and realy bad suspension, the ride was extremely bumpy, I can't stress this enough, on the open road, almost new, we were airborne most of the time from the bus bumping along. If younger persons had been on the bus I would be afraid for their safety.
