Pick up at the hostel worked wonderfully. When booking, my hostel was not available in the dropdown menu. After requesting 12go, the hostel was added after two days and could be booked so. Transport runs through the hub of HatYai World Travel near Krabi. There may be (short) waiting times until it goes on to Ao Nang. However, this time is already taken into account in the time quoted in the offer. The hub is not a luxury place (you pay for the toilet - better to go short at the gas station when you stop). Unlike otherr minivans, here there was space for the suitcase / backpack in the bus (in the back row were missing two seats). So you do not necessarily have to book an extra seat if you have more than just hand luggage. But if there are many tourists with oversized suitcases, it can be tight. For backpackers with backpacks but no problem.
