The bus was clear of litter, fitted with seat belts, seats were damaged and a bit tired but comfortable. There's good WiFi on board, dodgy looking plug sockets where you could charge devices. Staff spoke English and gave out snacks and water as we left Kep. The journey took 1 hour longer than the ticket said so be a little flexible due to traffic. The bus made one 5 min stop for toilet break. I was travelling with my 2 children and I'd definitely use it again.

On time only five minutes delay due to traffic. Complimentary water and some cake from the operators, a nice surprise to be sure.

Almost all the UBS power outlets had either been removed, or did not work. Very dirty windows. otherwise comfortable ride, air con good. Got madeleines as a snack, rather dry, not as nice as the pain au chocolat on my last one...

I took the bus from Kampot to Phnom Penh. The service was excellent. From the clerk in the office to the crew on board, they were very professional. The bus was in excellent condition, clean, and even had WiFi. The helper used a speaker to explain the route and welcome everyone aboard. 1 bottle of water and a bagged pastry was provided. The bus left on time, had functioning seatbelts and also had a 2nd driver. The bus stopped after 90mins for a toilet break at a good washroom with a store/restaurant attached. It arrived exactly 4hrs later in downtown Phnom Penh. The driver was cautious and the trip was uneventful. I would surely use this bus company again.

The ride was smooth all along as the driver was very careful. Wifi on board was a great +. However the bus was in bad shape. Seats that couldn't recline, dirty vents,... Service was good.

The bus leaves Kampot at 2:45pm, not 2pm as 12Go advertises. The bus that took us was a fairly old thing with little leg room and no wifi. It was then 2 hours late arriving into Phnom Penh. I wouldn't usually mind any of this but when you pay a lot more for Giant Ibis compared to the other companies it gets on my nerves.

Trip was good but we were held up by roadworks then on the way into phnom Penh we did some stops to drop of some girls which made us even later

The Driver was not able to speak English, though everything else in those circumstances was OK. The road is on the extremely harsh conditions, thus you would better to choose so-called "VIP" service there since it is the best what you can get.
