Richard The bus was slightly less broken than the road. It’s not a highway, it’s a very rough track with landslides having damaged it all along its route. The road is being upgraded but it’ll be 2-5 years before it’s finished at a guess. We took 12 hours, not the advertised 7 hours. We experienced a blow out (fixed very quickly) and electrical failure. Pitch black, no lights for 45 minutes. The three stars are for the crew, especially the driver, who was excellent. I’d turn up at the bus station to get a better rate too. Watch out for dodgy insurance being auto added by 12GO. You have to select no to remove it as opposed to yes to include it. I tried to request a refund but the website didn’t work. Use 12GO as a guide then go local in my opinion.

Cristina The bus without AC , unconfortable . As it rained during the trip my two bags arrived full of mud . Driver and asssistant with very nice and helpfull actitude.

Stephen Very good bus compared to most I've been in during my time in India and nepal. Takes 9 hours thou not 7 which wasn't a big deal
