Please be more specific in stating your pick up point location as there are two bus terminals in Gelang Patah. The one that you are located at is the "Sentral" Bus terminal. Your location did not specify "Sentral" Almost missed my bus.

The instructions to exchange or not to the actual tickets are not clear. Or else it can be a easy travelling mode. Thank you.

Sorry ,this is not about the trip.My issue is that this booking was a mistake as this is the first time I booked your service.I wanted to cancel and re-book something more suitable but was repeatedly rejected that I was not allowed to double book .This booking was for around 5 am from JB terminal, while what I wanted was 5 pm return(to Singapore) As a result, since my 5 am slot was not practical for my schedule ,I have to forgo my trip as I could not get a return ticket because your system does not allow "double" booking,I was willing to cancel the 5 am slot and forgo the refund. But the system is so cast in stone that there is no way round it.

Trains too crowded, can have less people as each trip as there is safety issue when boarding and alighting. Other than that it is an efficient service.

Very easy train ride. Exiting Malaysian immigration was an easy process: stand, wait, and receive an exit stamp in the passport. Singapore immigration was inefficient; the Singapore immigration employees do not provide necessary arrival cards before entering the immigration booth. So, I entered the booth with luggage, and then I had to turn around and walk to a counter to prepare an arrival card.
