Large, comfortable, air conditioned bus. Breakfast and cold water provided. Very well organised through Vietnam/Cambodia border (although we seemed to wait ages between the border waiting for Intrepid Tour passengers to eat a full meal!) In fact, my only real complaint is that the Intrepid Tour passengers seemed to get preferential treatment all the way through. All owed time to eat full meal, preferential treatment through immigration and persons hotel drop-off, whereby we were dropped off a long from our hotel with no attempt to find out which hotel we were staying at. If it hadn’t been for the “Intrepid Factor” I would have given the trip a 5.

Bus arrived 2 hours late with no explanation. Lots of stopping along the way to pick up random people and boxes/ packages. The man working on the bus was lovely though and handed out water/ snacks and was helpful with visa questions.

We missed our original bus. We were at the office 30 (6:00 a.m.) minutes before the said departure (630am). The person who were at reception knew that we had a schedule. 625 am...we asked her again for follow-up..it was only then she were coordinating with her officemate.

Temp ok, stops ok, food and drink on board. They charge extra $5 for Cambodian visa arrangement, but you can arrange yourself for free.

Wir hatten 2.5 Stunden Verspätung - statt 6h, 8.5h Fahrzeit. War einerseits den zwei längeren Pausen (mit Essen), andererseits dem Verkehr geschuldet.

They should have inform us that they will transfer us to a local bus. The green bus smells drug. My anxiety almost hit the top. It made the trip better because the drivee and the conductor is not rude. Please give instruction to tourist next time !

Bus was comfy and WIFI was ok, only downside is the border crossing, no explanation of what was going wether or bags had been transferred to another bus or details over the process, just a quick shout out as we stopped, would take 2 minutes to explain the process and stop a bus of confused passengers

The bus left on time and was spacious. There was a bit of confusion at the border crossings as the staff spoke so quickly. Be aware that it costs $2 to process the visa and the whole trip was closer to 8 hrs than 6 hrs.

Slow down the instructions. We did not know what was going on at border. You’re too fast; somebody’s bag got lost.

Great & comfortable way to get from Ho Chi Ming to Phnom Penh. Crossing the border was easy & we were well informed of everything along the way. WiFi and A/C were OK but the charging ports worked. It does take an extra 2 hours though!

Good ride! Efficient service at the cambodian customs. I would just have preferred more pee breaks (there was just one in a 6 hours trip)

We had a hard time locating the address of the boarding point - 263 Pham Ngu Lao Street as stated on the pdf file. We asked locals and they will just point us to a direction without speaking. When we finally made it, the address read differently, apparently they have relocated - 243 (No. 263). It was beside Liberty Hotel. Kindly update the address as it creates a big deal of confusion for non-locals. Also they should have a signboard in English on what to do to communicate more efficiently. We didn't know we were being asked for passports and were going through immigration. It would have been much clearer if they did. Also halfway the trip, they turned off the USB charging ports and the seats' leg rest can't be adjusted anymore. We left on time at 13:30 but arrived an hour late 20:30.
