Jacob LExcellent service, bus left on time and was comfortable. Passports given over to the assistants when on the bus itself, who spoke good English and then helped with a smooth border crossing into Cambodia. Cold water bottles handed out at the start, and we’re quickly served a complimentary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. Decent lunch included at a roadside cafe after the border, and the journey took as long advertised. Would travel again with this company.

Thomas The bus ran to time and the staff's explanation of each step of the border process was clear, meaning there were no issues, even when other travellers did not have the correct visas. The staff fixed this and after only a short delay everyone was back on the bus.

Joris ABus at time, exchange money at their office Dong to Riel, SIM card a bit more expensive than the original but available with the best phone provider of Cambodia "cellcard" for 12$/30 days (6go per day + 120min call).
The bus was comfortable and the stuff really friendly and English speaker.
They provide some snack on the way and few stops to rest. They are also the one dealing with the passeport and visa for Cambodia.
I recommande this company!

Ronja RAmazing Bus & great organisation.
Driving style was a bit aggressiv and they took 10$ more for cambodian visa, which is very sad.
But as everything went super well it’s okay…

Margaret BThe AC wasn't really working , so it was a very hot and stuffy ride. They took our passports, and didn't seem to want to be asked questions. We got to Phnom Penh safe, but it definitely was a 3 star experience.
