The ride was a lot longer than expected. Leaving at 2pm we were planning to be in Da Lat at almost 8pm. We arrived at 10:30pm! The driving picked us up on time, but then we went around HCM City for 2 more hours searching for other customers. It was very annoying. Nowhere on the booking allowed us to choose seats, so when we arrived we were shoved into the front with the driver. This was very uncomfortable for us. When we stopped for the toilet and some snack, the driver took about an hour to eat his food and chat with his friend. No important deadline. Probably won't use this service again.
