We paid a premium price for the VIP 2 berth and were massively disappointed. The linen was filthy, is it really reused?? We had no conductor service whatsoever. We were given a non descript Pho 10 hrs into the journey (that was all). We had to ask for bottled water. The toilet was horrid with overflow soaking the floor and wetting you feet. The booklet in the Vip cabin depicts a much nicer picture. This was terrible for the money we paid. Thankfully the views on dawn lifted our spirits.
