Booking process was easy, tickets were confined the next day. But if this was the first class sleeper, I'm very curious about the 2nd class. Nevertheless managed to get some sleep. Air-conditioning was very good.

Good value - didn't encounter anything worrying. Ride was bouncy what may cause nuisance to light-sleepers and tall people (≥ 185cm) might have problems fitting into the bed. But fun experience in overall!

A surprisingly clean and comfy sleeping seat, however the toilets could have been cleaner and bigger - there was one toilet where when you enter and attempt to close the door, you can't, because you are on the door's way :)))

Airco fell out, but got restored quickly. Dirty toilets and a cockroach in bed, but managed to sleep anyway. Low class, but staff did everything they could.

We had the luck we slept alone in the 4 person cabin. Wouldn't think about 2 people extra because it's small and too cozy for that. With 2 persons it was fine. Although the beds were very hard. My friend slept fine, i didn't. I woke up a lot when the train stopped, but it was ok. We are taking the nighttrain back also, so good enough for the money.

The coach was fine, but it would be better if the staffs can speak basic English since there are lots of foreigners who traveled by train as well. The coach could be cleaner, I struggle to fight with a cockroach and asking help from staffs that understand zero English, so I need to speak Vietnamese to them (google translate). Overall, it was a great experience.
