Анастасия МGreat company! The buses are clean, they give water on the way. There is free Wi-Fi and Usb inputs for charging phones.
The Isparta Petrol customer service is great: we drove all night from Fethiye to Goreme, were very tired, got off at the bus station early in the morning and forgot our phone on the bus (!). It was on airplane mode, no way to reach it, and we had no time to catch the bus, though we came back in about 10-15 minutes.
Without much hope, I wrote to customer service through the site and in whats up, on their site has all the contacts and appeal form. Within an hour, I wrote that the bus had been removed, the phone was not found. After another 15 minutes I got a message that the phone was found and I could pick it up at the bus station in the office of the company, when the bus was on its way back. Bottom line: we came, explained the situation, showed the letter, waited for the bus and took my phone for free. Thank you very much for the excellent work, we were very worried!
