Ekkamai to Pattaya Destination Reviews

SR
the driver dropped us off at the edge of town because he doesn't know where to go and doesn't know the town

The driver was rude, telling me to get out of a minibus, even thought i bought a ticket to the last station. Never again with this driver. On the other hand people on a reception were helpful, that was good.

The van departed with 10-2 minute delay. When we were about to reach Pattaya, the driver told us to change vehicle as he was going to a different direction. My destination was "Bali Hai office".

the minibus is uncomfortable, there is little legroom, the backrest is not adjustable, it was 40 minutes late to the destination

Not sure if other companies are any better or worse, but this one turned out to be a mess. Even though we arrived earlier at the bus stop to show our pre-paid tickets and reserve our seats, the bus was already full and seats were given other people, they gave us tickets for the next one which departed 1.40h later than our bus was supposed to. The bus itself is comfortable and has running AC (that's why I'm giving this company three stars) The driver also dropped us at the wrong location, unlike the one indicated in the app as the last stop and told we could a take a cab from there to the center.
