At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

Very smooth trip. Clear and helpful advice and plenty of help for people who needed a Cambodian Visa. Good driver, food supplied, good guide at border. Definitely recommend this Company
★★★★★ Jan 11, 2018 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Staff very helpful. We arrived 1h early. Pay for Tuk Tuk transport to nearby hotels.
★★★☆☆ Jan 9, 2018 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
This was fine for what I needed. There does need to be more instructions on how to do the boarder crossing from the coach staff. The expedited feature does save a bit of time at your own cost. They should inform you about the scams that the border staff if Cambodia try to pull. The coach station in siem reap was not very professional as the "free" tuktuk was just a way to sell excursions. We ended up walking when we refused two excursions mid journey and when the driver tried to get us to pay for his petrol. After a about 8 hours of traveling the last this you want to do is deal with this nonsense.
★★★★★ Jan 8, 2018 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
01/08/18 I traveled with three other friends and had a great time! We chose the VIP option which are the larger tour buses (with luggage storage on the underside, aircon, washroom at the back, and reclining seats), which cost about $40 CAN. The driver was a safe driver (at least when I was awake) and the guide was pretty funny. We call him the Options Man, since he started off with most sentences with "I give you *number* options". They provided a couple stops, one for a washroom/convenient store break and another for some food (also where they issued the visas for Cambodia, our destination). They even provided us with a bottle of water, a box of juice and a small banana muffin. To add to one of the other reviews, yes, there is some level of shadiness when it comes to applying for the visas. We were lucky to have a much more thorough guide that didn't try to gouge us. Option 1: You apply for the visa yourself. $30 USD for a tourist visa + 100 baht rush/same-day fee. Option 2: You stay seated inside of the bus and the guide will acquire the tourist visa for you. $30 USD for a tourist visa + 100 baht rush/same-day fee + 20 baht service fee (service fee that goes to the guide). In the end, you DO have the option to do it yourself. Don't feel pressured to pay for them to do it, if you don't feel like it.

Good way to see the country. remember, it's a bus. The john didn't stink and the bus staff explained the visa process.
★★★☆☆ Dec 25, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Otherwise trip went very well, but 5km before the border there came some man to sell visas for us. He asked 40dollars for that and we didnt want to pay extra (Cambodia tourist Visa is 30dollar). He was really mean and said that ”whatever you can cross the border then by yourself” and so we did. It went very well and we needed to pay only 30dollars as it should be. So they are collecting extra money from passengers

★★★★☆ Nov 26, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Recomendable.
★★☆☆☆ Nov 26, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Bus arrived on time and there was one warm small meal during the trip. At the beginning we got snack and water. But the problem is that before crossing the border one of staff told everyone that we have to give him passports now and 1400 bht for visa. We asked again do we have to do it and he said yes. When I asked why he just left and started gathering money and passports from other people. It turned out to be a scam cause every one of us had to leave a bus and go through immigration and pay there. And after they gathered money and passports we were waiting for more or less 30 minutes for them to go back. Watch out!!
★★★★☆ Nov 20, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Very good trip from Bangkok to Siem Reap: we arrived on time in Siem Reap and had no issue during the trip or at the border. They offered water, juice and a meal and were not pushy to arrange the visas for us (we went on our own to the checkpoint). The bus was confortable enough with A/C. We booked everything online and it was safe! We recommend it!

couldn't ask for better transport from Bangkok to Siem Reap! The drivers were extremely friendly and made sure that the journey go smooth - we got dinner and some snacks, as well as water (much needed). The process of getting through the Thai-Cambodian border was explained in detail and thanks to this it went quickly and without complications. Furthermore, we were provided a free tuk tuk which drove us to our hostel. Next day the company-employed driver drove us around the temple complex and took us to a delicious traditional dinner in a locals-only place. All for 45 usd! He also booked us a bus ticket to our next destination. 5/5 and would without doubt recommend the company.

★★★☆☆ Jul 27, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Bus trip was good and got provided food and drinks. They tried the visa scam but we had read up and was very easy to sort it all out at the boarder. As soon as we crossed the boarder into Cambodia the drivers style of driving completely changed and was going through 60 kph areas at over 100 kph over taking everyone into oncoming traffic. Took them quite a while to realise there was water all over the floor from the toilet but I think it was fresh water as there was no smell. When we got dropped off I asked for the WiFi so I could contact our hostel as they had a free pickup service (had read about the free service they supplied) but they turned off the router so the WiFi dropped out within 2 min's of giving it to me.
★★★★★ Jul 26, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :

★★★★☆ Jul 2, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Comfortable bus with toilet. Breakfast, drinks and lunch was included so they really look after you well. Co-driver gave us tips how to not get ripped off in immigration which is helpful for those who missed their research. Only 4 stars because driver and co-driver were talking sooooo LOUD for hours on end! 9 hours to be exact it was non-stop I never had a chance to sleep because of this. However I understand that it could be to keep the driver alert throughout the journey. When we got to Siem Reap we were swarmed by tuktuks offering "free" service. Do not buy it unless you want to buy a tour package with them. I recommend taking this journey from Bangkok to Siem Reap however do research in advance to avoid the scams (eg Cambodia immigration officers) Tip: get an online e-visa before your journey. Will save a lot of hassle
★★★★★ Jun 28, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
This is the best way to travel between Bangkok and Siem Reap. You do have to go all the way to Mo Chit terminal but the bus almost leaves on time and arrives promptly before 6pm. Bus fare does include a tuk tuk to your hotel/hostel for free. But you will have to put up with the TT driver trying to sell you the Angkor Wat trip for the following day????

The service was great. We had breakfast and lunch on the bus. The visa process took about 1 hour and after that we continued on the same bus.
★★☆☆☆ Jun 18, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
The bus wasn't old dirty. The driver was fine, not chatty and didn't speak much English. At the border the driver invited a guy on who told us that it was $40 for him to do the visa and it was the same everywhere and at the border. But we went on and got it for $30+100 Thai Bat which was a lot cheaper! He was just trying to rip us off. Then once arriving in Seim Reap, the manager of the bus company went on about how they provided free tuk this but fail to mention that if you don't book an expensive activity with them that they charge you $3 despite our accommodation being just down the road. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Good transportation, on time, friendly. They tried to sell us visas for 1400 Baht, but when I asked about the price, they didn't push me to pay or anything. Just decline any offers on the bus and get the visa when walking through the border ;) You're dropped off somewhere outside of Siem Reap, where you can purchase a SIM card if you wish. They have tuk tuk drivers available "for free", but when you don't arrange an Angkor Tour for the following day with your driver, he will probably ask for approx. 2 dollars (which seems fair).

★★★★☆ Apr 26, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Fast and comfortable with plenty of drinks and snacks during the trip. Good service at the border where the on board staff sorted out the Visa On Arrival for entry into Cambodia. Would have been 5 stars if they had only overcharged us $5 for the visa rather than $10 ($40 when the actual price is $30) but even then an evisa in advance would have had a $7 admin charge and, as 1st timers across this border, it was good not to have the hassle. Also the bus terminus is quite a way out of Siem Reap centre so arrange to be picked up by your hotel in advance.
★★★★☆ Apr 24, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
The trip was fine save for some tiny details: we left half an hour late, no breakfast was served (not even the juice and the sponge cake I read about in previous reviews), the bus stopped a couple times in the middle of nowhere which didn't feel quite safe at the moment, A/C though present isn't always enough. On the bright side: we arrived on time in Siem Reap despite the delay, my lunch was really tasty (my bf's not so much), it was an easy trip even though you spend 6 hours on the bus and 2-2.5 hrs at the border. The Thailand-Cambodia border is a mess: little to no indications and signs where to follow next, a lot of time without A/C and 100 baht extortion on Cambodia side for the visa although we had our photos with us. Even so we were back on the bus in a little more than an hour among the first passengers - stamped out and with a re-entry permit received on Thailand side, with Cambodian visa and stamped in at Cambodian border. Requiring a re-entry permit to Thailand actually helped to reduce the time because the line at that booth is shorter than the general lines. Following the little instructions/indications you get and using your common sense is enough to get you through the whole process alright.

We were transferred to another bus before we reached the border. I didn't hear why but they did apologize for the inconvenience. The bus we transferred to was a bit hot though (but I think it was clean). Anyway, other than that, the bus ride was okay. I do appreciate the free juice, coffee and water, as well as the free muffin and fried rice meal! The bus also arrived on time, which is great!
★★★★☆ Mar 5, 2017 (bus VIP, Transport Co Intl) :
Easy journey, bus is quite comfortable but seats just a little narrow. Staff were friendly enough and provided the info we needed. They offered to get visas sorted for 1400 baht but weren't pushy when we declined. Those who did pay got good service and skipped the 10 mins it took us to get them sorted at the border (costing 1300 baht). Food on the trip included water, fruit juice, a tiny sponge cake and a random fried rice from Seven Eleven (we got one prawn and one crab unfortunately) Would definitely recommend them.

Nice ride, bus is NOT luxurious, but is is confortable, with good leg room between seats (believe I am a tall guy and this thing is important to me. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially on dealing with getting the visa at the border. Be awere that crossing the border in both sides Thai and Cambodian takes a long time.

1) for 12go.Asia-5 stars as everything went smooth-from booking to collecting 2) bus - 4,5 stars, not bad snacks, pleasant, helpfull & service minded stuff, 3) border - 3,5 stars, best to follow/get a advices from more experienced traveller. Requires better marking. Stamp out from Thailand, leave the building, follow the marks, cross the street , step in to the imperial bldg on your right (if you don't have e-visa), fill the form (best to have your own pen/pencil all the time) . Turn right and go forward for final stamp. Once you have it get back to your business and enjoy Cambodia!!!
