First we booked via 12go.Asia, to book the luggage it was not possible through the website. I contacted support, they answer me but not my question, just a standard answer automated probably. Three times I had to ask my (simple) question. Finally I received a telephone number to call, nok numbers on website were not reachable, finally I could book luggage by telephone.
