Philipp UThe driver was not on time, there was only a number to call and our receptionist had to call for us three times to contact the support. They told us the booking was canceled, this circumstances were not communicated to us. The car they sent was not the one we booked. The driver was listening to loud music during the whole ride, was on his phone often messaging and phoning with friends and family. The drive was breathtaking, very rasant and we did not feel safe at all.

Was run by An Phu travel but was pleasant enough. Stop a few times on route but dropped us directly at our hotel which was unexpected.
Time taken was exactly as shown on 12go.
Overall good experience.

Ryan CBus was ok but it was a bit dirty/dusty inside and the driver made a few random stops for no reason. Also there was only 6 passengers on the bus and they made everyone sit in the same corner which seemed strange.

Niall MBus driver drove at a safe speed (unlike the mini-van I used before). I was sent a Whatsapp message with address and photo of the office for departure from Dalat. However, it was very hard finding the place matching the photo. Eventually I gave up and a taxi driver showed me the place. BUT THE PHOTO WAS DIFFERENT! I asked the guy in the office about the photo, and he said, yea, it was wrong, t was the photo of the HoChiMinh office. FFS! He didnt apologise or explain why. I guess he didnt care.
