Harrison Creally cool experience! the beds were comfortable, the journey started with a delay but went smoothly. be aware that the drop-off location in ho chi minh is 40 minutes outside of the city centre though. getting a taxi to ho chi minh in the early morning hours was a hassle but we managed in the end!

The bus never stopped at the designated end destination, it was a scam, they dropped us off at a post office in the rain 2 hours away from the end stop i paid for.
After i complained they got me on a second bus which i was stuck on for 2 hours and they dropped me off at a random station which was 40 mins away from the designated stop i paid for.
It was a big scam they prioritize the postal packages not the customers, i waisted 5 hours of my time and i had to pay for a taxi in the end, so wasting my money.

Sara MWas a comfortable bus honestly.
Instructions for boarding were clear. However, the arrival time was set at 6:15 and we got in at 4am to a location that was not the one set on the ticket. I asked the staff member and he looked clueless. I know times are an estimate but 2.15 hours early is a bit ridiculous, we had no accommodation booked for the night and didn’t know where we were. Overall a comfortable ride but just be wary.
