At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

The ferry got us to our destination (El Nido) about an hour late (5pm). The sea was a bit choppy because of a passing tropical storm that had lasted a few days, so lateness was understandable. What was most troubling was the fact that the ferry visibly overcrowded the boat, with a number of overflow passengers sitting in the aisles and wherever they could. This is a CLOSED roof boat where all doors and windows are shut. Life vests were not clearly indicated and we were not briefed. All in all, feared for our lives, would not repeat.

Montenegro kiosk was away from the terminal, so I had to go back to pick up my ticket. I had no problems. The line at the terminal was extremely crowded even though I arrived an hour earlier. We had to sign forms in a cramped space with people with large bags. Some were upset they didnt have a ticket, and didnt know when they were leaving. Some people were pushing. It took 30 min to move 10 meters. We had to pay an additional 20 pesos. This caused more clutter. The terminal bathroom had no water , no flushable toilets, and no toilet paper. I enjoyed Coron and am enjoying El Nido. The boat ride was fine. Please upgrade the terminal and port system.

So many people here complaining! It wasn't too bad, seats were ok and plenty of leg room. It took around 30-40 minutes longer but it wasn't the end of the world. Nice staff

I'm giving 2 stars due to the service before getting onto the ferry. We were told we could not use our "e -ticket" because it had to be printed out , even though the exact definition of e-ticket is that it's a online ticket. We got sent to the nearby office where the internet was very slow, they also had no WiFi ( I also had a Philippines Sim card which had no signal in that area) , after 30 mins we finally got onto our emails to print from their computer behind the desk. Before printing we were asked to hand over 50 peso each to print our tickets for us, or it would come out the girls pay check. I think that is ridiculous since we already paid for a "e - ticket" , we should have at least got an email warning us to print. Comfort was fine - I found I had enough room and there is clean sheets available. Food is mostly rice meals. No vegetarian food so I had frozen vegetables and rice for lunch and dinner - not ideal. My partner had some sort of meat dish which was ok for him. Entertainment was good and kept everyone in Christmas spirit. Ferry arrive promptly and staff were very friendly and helpful on the ferry.

Too much noise from the stupid movies, they should stop showing movies since practically no one is watching anyway. Windows are dirty, would be nicer to see the scenery outside. Seats are okay. Delayed arrival of 30 min. Despite online ticket you still need to get paper tickets just outside the terminal. Inefficient.

Boat left 10 mins after scheduled time at 12:10 pm and arrived 30 mins after scheduled arrival at 4:30 pm. Seems like a very old boat that hasn't been cleaned in years. There was a bathroom onboard but I was definitely afraid to use it considering the condition of the boat.

You have to exchange your 12go ticket at the montenegro office which is just outside of the port. Arrived about 40 minutes before departure and had no issues. Cup noodles and snacks available on board.
