I asked him twice to lower the AC because I was freezing and he lowered it, then when I closed my eyes he raised the AC again. It was the most uncomfortable and miserable 3 hrs. I had a jacket, thick socks and other layers on so I know he had the vehicle unnecessarily cold. Considering how much money I paid for this ride, it should not have been this uncomfortable.
