We arrived at the bus Terminal 2hours before departure We gave the email and received the papers... But after a while i was asking for our bus and the staff told me this was the wrong ticket or booking So it was frustrating to get another bus to surat thani which had no charding options for cellphone.... At arrival after 10hours no akku/battery on phone..... We got blankets and water with some pack of Sandwiches and juice Very smelly bus (urine)

The trip itself was okay, but unfortunately, the place we told we was getting dropped off at was miles away from where we actually stopped. Which meant that we couldn't get to our hotel (which we booked for opposite where we was supposed to be dropped off according to 12Go). So we lost out on a precious few hours sleep and 460 baht for the hotel and another 250 to get us near to where we had to be the following morning. If you book this journey, be cautious as to where you actually stop.
