Overall a good trip and comfy ride, but packed very tight. Definitely would have helped to know in advance we needed an extra seat for luggage.

The nature was great, the seats were comfortable. It was very hot inside, but you have the option to choose a seat with air condition. Regulary, people came with water and food.

The driver drove as if the police were after him. We felt very sick. In addition, we sat two on 1.5 seats for 2h. Very uncomfortable. Suitcase transfer was not planned at all, then came quite suddenly when we were there. Bus at 12 o'clock was already full (we had actually booked), then had to wait 1h until we could go.

Everything went well with no problems. Driver was early which was very good for me. He was a very safe driver with a very comfortable Toyota Fortuner. He asked me if I wanted to stop for a break and I said yes. He was the first driver who took off the head rest of the left front passenger seat so that I could have a better view out the front window of the car from the back seat. I really appreciated that. It was the best experience yet!

Driver was very good and on time and helpful. My only complaint is that the seat belts in the rear and left side were broken. I had to sit on the right side behind the driver which was not as enjoyable.
