Passenger reviews out of total 1,202 passengers who traveled with us on this route.

At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that while we are closely monitoring the services, we are still an agency marketplace. That means we focus on ticketing services and route availability & coverage rather than on the factual seat reclining angle you will get on the bus today.

The service of the bus was great, there’s TV, snack, drink, and the reclining seat is very comfortable. But for who will go to Khao Yai, this bus stops at Tesco Lotus (just beside the highway), it’s around 20km to National Park, and no taxi.

New van terminal relatively easy to find (opposite bus terminal). A bit confusing to find correct window to obtain ticket and also to know which bus to catch but people very friendly and helpful. Trip to Pak Chong was 1 hour longer than expected but no surprise during Songkran. Good air con but seats not very comfortable for such a long trip, but very cheap so no complaints

All good and no problems. One a surprise is that can left the station 50 mins before scheduled time. Fortunately I read the message on the ticket so went to Mochit Van station 1 hour in advance. Thanks to that I was at designation also almost 1 hour before.

Travel was easy and efficient. Staff at bus station were helpful, I recommend printing the ticket as it helps a lot. The van stops frequently but it was pretty close to being on time.

Very well organised and terminal easy to find. Bus was completely full but still comfortable enough. We had one 10min break to go to toilet and get snack which was nice. Would recommend.

Good comfortable trip, wasn't packed so didn't need to buy any extra space for my rucksack. Just annoying that I overpaid on the website when it would've cost less to just buy at the station

I'll never recommend your website . All the buses from Motchit apparel on your site . So I took vans, and it took 8 hours to reach Nang Rong.... Therefore people told me that three were buses departing Motchit every hours, just taking 6 hours, and more comfortable. And cheaper!

Van terminal in Bangkok was easy to find, trip to Pakchong was as imagined, in an airconditioned van with a nice driver. Locals seemed to pay less but the higher price was worth it, being sure of a spot. There are multiple end spots in pakchong and it is possible to ask the driver to get out earlier if you want.

Was a straight-forward trip. Finding counter 86 at the terminal was a little confusing... it went 60 to 80 or so, and 86 was back at the other end near 60... but the locals helped out and I got there in the end. Because I had allowed time in between connections, I was there 3 hrs early, but was able to jump in a van straightaway, so all good.
