The bus journey from Bangkok was ok. Just four of us in a small air con bus. However when we got to the pier at 4.30 the driver just fell asleep with the engine running, no explanation. At 6 the door opened and a Thai said you can stay here and wait for the boat for 4 hrs with no toilets , food places or anything or come to my house and wait. She was very kind and gave us coffee and food then took us back to catch our ferry. She said this happens everyday and it’s very bad of the company not to tell you that the boat leaves at 10.30 because when you book it online you are told you get to the island at 10.10. If it wasn’t for the kind Thai who works for the travel Mary people would be left stranded. She refused to take any money for the food and drink so it all came from her own pocket. You are also told you are going by ferry but it was in fact a speed boat which was very rough..

We expected to be in Koh mak at 10 in the Morning..but we arrive before 12...infact we don't get the Ferries at 8 in the Morning but at 10:30..It is not cleared at the Moment of the booking..
