OK, this is a 2nd-class and 3rd-class train serving rural areas, so that's why is does NOT get a "zero star" rating. The 2nd class compartment seats we had were comfortable, but the air conditioning was turned on FULL BLAST, and could not be lowered or turned off. There were ICICLES on the windows. People were bundled in winter clothes - though there is no winter here. I was unlucky - I had nothing. So I had to move back to 3rd class, where the open air windows made it nice, although the bench seats were awful. In all cars, the smell of open sewage toilets was pervasive and overwhelming - again, so so unusual in some countries. But the thought of actually USING the toilets...boy, it was truly desperation time. It would not take much to put some air sanitizers in there. But for the price, I was willing to suffer for 7 hours.

The service from 12go was really good - they left my ticket with their night security man, so I could pick my ticket up before my 8am train. Good service. The train - 2nd class air con wasn't good - ditto the other comments about the toilets running into the carriage, the noise, the heat - I think that the 'air con' was no more than a ceiling fan.

Everything was great but just only travelled time to destination was almost 2 hours delayed. However I’m ok w/it because it is my vacation so I have no rush.

The trip was very comfortable with generous leg room. Snacks and lunch were provided. Blankets at the beginning of the trip and facial wipes at the near end were also provided. The conductor was very helpful after Intold her I was to get off a town before the booker destination. She kept us updated and well-informed about our slight change of plan.
