At 12Go our operators offer three types of service:

Cheap, Fast, Good - but you can usually pick only two of them!
Cheap & Fast won’t be Good. (e.g. buses from/to Khao San Road, local buses or 3rd class trains)
Cheap & Good won’t be Fast. (e.g. VIP trains in Thailand)
Fast & Good won’t be Cheap. (e.g. private limousine services, or VIP24 buses vs Express buses)

Make your choice! Please remember that though we are closely monitoring services, we are still an agency marketplace - meaning we focus on ticketing service and route availability / coverage rather than on factual seat recline angle you got today ^_^

★★★★★ Sep 20, 2016 (bus Express, Sri Suthep Tour) :
Comfortable seats and huuuge room for legs, clean blankets in plastic bags, I slept during the half of the travel. Bus moved on time from Bangkok (taxi with meter took 110 baht from khaosan street to the southern terminal) and arrived on time to Khanom. At the beginning of the journey there was a simple american movie on tv in thai language (not too loud) but easy to understand the topic. They give you water and snac before the bus moves. Wc in the bus. Stops one time around midnight for like 20 min.
★★★★☆ Dec 2, 2015 (bus Express, Sri Suthep Tour) :
The trip was ok. We bought tickets online and booked 43 and 44 seats. On these seats there was enough place for legs. The only inconvenience was smell from the toilet. It became stronger to the end of the trip. Though I think it is still better than to sit upstairs where there are much more people and I guess less room for legs. Other notes about our trip: TV was switched off at 22.00, air conditioner worked and it was not cold, just perfect. The first stop was at 3 a.m. for 20 minutes (10.581497, 99.115972). Finally the bus arrived to Khanom at 7.30. Water, snack and blanket were provided.
★★★★☆ Jun 28, 2015 (bus Express, Sappaisal) :
The bus left 15/20 minutes late from Bangkok (but this is usual for Thailand) and arrived 1:30h late in Khanom (we took this into consideration so it did not bother us) The staff was ok, we sat front row and had a great view but little leg room for my long legs. One problem was the TV witch was blasting full audio on a thai entertainment program for a full two hours after we left Bangkok. Overall was very ok. :)
★★★★★ Jan 7, 2015 (bus Express, Sri Suthep Tour) :
Fast and easy
