Katarina SYou really need to provide people contact for the 3rd party company and also you should give people contact for their driver. I wad ready earlier at the airport and I could contact the driver to tell him that. So I waited and hour. Then he was supposed to pick me up at the airport at 4:15 am and he was nowhere to be found. So 4:30 I was desperate and did not know what to do so I had to google the company myself and call a random WhatsApp number hoping someone would answer in the middle of the night. You did not provide any information about the pick up point either. So I finally found my driver 45 minutes after my pick up time. The only reason you get two stars is that driver was nice and apologetic.
