Alberto GInhuman conditions. For the same price we could have booked a limousine for the route Da Nang-Hue by many other providers. Bus came about 30 Min later than scheduled, sleeper bus was not like in the pictures. Very poor state, many seats were broken, dirty, mosquitos everywhere. For God's sake the journey lasted only a bit more than 2 hours. 15 km before arriving to Hue, driver assistant came up to us shouting aggressively "you, you, you" and we were thrown out of the bus under 43°C. At least a limousine was there to drive us to the city. Now I understand why other trustable provides like vexere don't offer this ride.

Jean JPlease notify us a day in advance to confirm that the bus will depart an hour later than scheduled. On the actual day, the bus was delayed by an additional 20 minutes, and the driver paused for a 30-minute lunch break shortly before reaching Hue, despite our warnings that this would cause us to be late for a tour that was scheduled to start in under an hour.

Daniel SThe driver didn’t let us choose the seats, he said we should stay in the back of the van. All the seats were empty at that point. We said that my girlfriend is pregnant. But he still refused. And afterwards he went to pick up two couples from a hotel. He basically kept the good seats for “more important” people from a fancy hotel.

Shani Good journey! The driver offered to pick us up from my hostel as it was in distance of the meeting point. Arrived on time, and dropped off at Hue on time. Quick and efficient journey to Hue.
