Ruud STrain left almost 1 hour too late, but we still managed to easily make our connecting train (to Padang Besar, Malaysia) as we only arrived about 20 minutes later than the mentioned time. 2nd class is well worth the money as always in Thai trains, Decently comfortable seats and large luggage racks overhead.

Miguel LPick up 1 hour late, no clear instructions. The local office didnt want to help us as we didnt buy the ticket to him. We called the hotline and they informed and arranged the pickup. As the driver was 1 hour late, we almost were late for the speedboat, so he drove too fast for 1 hour and a half. People on the van complained of his driving but he didnt care.
