Got a solid nights sleep, beds are quite hard but not the worst thing ever. Train arrived at every station early which definitely wasn't what I expected! Bit difficult to sit upright which could be an issue for any other train than an overnighter. Good journey overall.

train #SE10 1st Class Sleeper, Vietnam Railways, Feb 10, 2020
Our trip from Nha Trang to Da Nang by this train . The sleeper wasn’t as good as the Golden Saigon Train sleepers. The compartment was dirtier and the curtains falling off and table had smoke marks on it Door was broken and couldn’t lock. Toilets wow I felt that the carriage needs to be renovated . But we arrived in the end ready to explore this beautiful country of Vietnam. Have used 1go.asia for years and give them 100% credit for there service.

Well I was expecting something bit better for first class. The blanket and pillow seemed used and the base sheet dirty. But I think it depends on the train you get. I heard there are better ones. Mine was a Se22

I’ve used 12go.asia before and thought I’d use again. All went great. Booked flights Nha Trang to Danang. It’s tet so everything costs more at this time. But there wasn’t much available including trains/buses.The flight itself was delayed twice. So our flight didn’t actually leave until 14.45 instead of 12.25. But not 12go.asia at fault. I found website easy to use too.

Please print operating terminal (ie Terminal 1, 2 etc) information on the itinerary/tickets. We should not have to go searching for this information.

Seats are fine, but wouldn’t recommend for tourists. Since we didn’t speak the language the operators were waking us up every 45 minutes in a panic saying this was our stop

It was as expected for the price. Cabin and bedding were clean. Glad I was in the bottom bunk as climbing into the others was not easy. Fine for a completely overnight trip. Staff at the station were very helpful and clear with instructions.

Really enjoyed the sleeper train. Anyone complaining perhaps should not travel to foreign countries tries to explore new things. Mattress plenty soft enough, take ear plugs and don’t go to sleep too early. An experience that should be had in Vietnam and a great way to travel such a distance.

Very hard madrass, but very clean cabin, the toilets were also clean. The train was 1 hour late. All in all recommendable to take the night train. Much better than by day. You don't see much variation anyway.
