MD
There were problems with finding our places. The booked ones were occupied. Need to wait 30 min and finally the problem was solved by staff. Afterall trip was fine.

The train and cabin was very clean and the crew provided good service. Hot and cold water was available for free. But the train was very old and so very load and heavy shaking. Sleeping was hardly possible, VN Railway was much smoother in our case.
Train #SE20 VIP 2 Berth, Lotus Train, Mar 13, 2024

Bed was not clean for sleeping, there were crumbs everywhere. The toilet had no paper anymore and there was no water in our room as I have experienced on other trains. The train from HCM to Nha Trang had water and tooth brushes.

Seating .sleeping bunk was top level and VERY cramped. Other bunks were available in the cabin but not booked as promised. Usually 12Go has been reliable and I will still use them

Noisy people in the train. Not polite people. Staff is early to clean rooms, but open door of cabin multiple times.
