What are the Train Classes & Prices of Sharq?
Depending on the length of your trip and your preferences you can choose a first or second class ticket in a sleeper coach for an overnight trip or opt for a hard or soft seat if available. Note that the choice of ticket classes depends both on the route and the length of your trip. Basically, your train may feature first class berths but you will not be able to book one if you are doing just a short two-hour stretch. In general, second class berths are a good choice for longer trips, and soft seats get you covered if your train ride is supposed to take under 4-5 hours.

Cons of Train Travel
- For longer trips a train ride is definitely more time consuming than air journeys
- Trains do ride on schedule but being out of schedule is not unheard of for train travel – and delays can be huge, so if you are planning a connection to your flight, carefully check the time your train arrives at the station and think twice.
- Cleanliness is sometimes an issue with second and third class tickets, and with toilets, too.
- If your train makes a lot of stops, in some cases it is difficult to figure out when to get off as stops are not always clearly announced or marked with the exception of an electronic screen.

Train 710 from Tashkent to Bukhara departed on time at 08.30 am, don't know why at the ticket it is printed 08.37 for departing time. Overall the coach is clean, with spacious luggage rack, so we need not to worry carrying big luggage. Toilet is clean, and the resto car is excellent. The arrived on time in Bukhara. It is worth to ride this train instead of choosing high speed train, if you are in no hurry, with 1.5 hours longer travel time it is still good value in term of ticket price. I booked the ticket via 12go which is very easy to navigate and the printed version of online ticket is ready within a minute in pdf format.

Good value, comfortable carriage seats. The 2+2 seating plan across the carriage means it's more agreeable than the trains in China which use a 2+3 seating plan

We booked first class. At the end it was same like class 2, not like on pictures. They said, pictures showed vip class. It feels like a scam. The train had ac lackage and the floor at the exit door was completely wet. The drive felt like 4D rollercoaster simulation, it is impossible to keep coffee in the cup or to hit the toilet while the train is driving. They never heard about comfort there.. At Uzbeks rail company.. The ticket sale is a nightmare, dont hold tickets back if there is a still demand. And please try chinese trains one time in your life to learn from other Nations.

Late arrival. No train schedule sign and necessary information at the train station. Digital sign on board did not show real-time train running status so it's impossible for passenger to know the exact location and arrival time.
The overall facilities at the arrive station (Tashkent) is below standard (dark and difficult to walk, no proper sign to indicate exit way. All passengers have to walk across the tracks in the middle of the night with poor lighting to exit the station. Very dangerous.

Very easy booking thru 12Go after facing issues with the official website. Overall train was on time. Would be great if hot snacks could be available for purchase on the train and if AC could be stronger. It was quite hot even in first class coach.
