Comfy chairs and was on time to pick us up, but that’s the only good I can say. The bus driver spoke loudly on phone calls the entire trip. And then we arrived in Da Lat two hours early, which wouldn’t be terrible normally but our accommodations host was expecting us around 6am, so getting in at 4am was awkward and inconvenient for them.

No issues with the vehicle, neat and clean. Is it just the way they drive in Vietnam. Overtaking on bind corners and speeding.

An hour late to pick up. Some really stupid driving.

The driver was late for half and hour. Our bus suddenly change to van. Very hard to sleep and feel very shake.

Bus was clean, quiet and we slept which was great. One suggestion would be if wifi is advertised that it’s actually working as there was no connection on our VIP bus :)

No space for luggage, too many breaks in the middle of the night and not the bus we had ordered so we didnt get much sleep.

Bus was half An hour too late, driver drove way too bumpy, nobody of the company was reachable when the bus wasn’t there, driver didn’t spoke English

The bus and chairs were fine, however during the entire night the bus driver played loud Vietnamese music and even after asking he didn’t turn the music down, which made it very hard to sleep during the night.
