Perfect service

Arrived three hours later than scheduled. There was no traffic jam but we waited one hour before boarding the ferry and one hour afterwards and then had the whole journey on a big bus instead of the Minivan and didn't drive faster than 60 kmh.

A very relaxed and calm driver who drove defensively and did not speed. Everything was handled to our satisfaction. Requests were answered very quickly.

The legroom is small as hell but driver was good and everything on time. We had two breaks from Bangkok to Koh Chang.

Pick up was in time, but NOT at my hotel. Drop down was directly at the ferry pier, again NOT at my destination point. Drive was ok, we made two stops to rest. That was good.

Transfers was ok

The shuttle from the hotel to the ferry was not provided. I waited for half an hour, no car. I called myself, I was told that I had to drive up to the ferry, there a bus would pick me up. Thanks to the hostess of the hotel, who drove me to the ferry. That is, the money for this took Jamping prog, and the hotel hostess did the work.

Has again everything worked out great. We were picked up on time from the hotel, very nice driver, and safely brought to Ko Chang.... Thank you. Gladly again

Everything was good. Driver nice and a little bit late because of the ferry which was very busy but its didn't matter. Nice Travel

The van broke down 2 minutes after leaving our hotel in North Pattaya, and we had to wait for well over an hour at a corner cafe before the car was fixed. Each of us was given a bottle of water. And then, 40 minutes out of Pattaya, we had to stop another 25 minutes at a gas station to have a tyre changed. The rest of the journey went smoothly and we arrived at the ferry pier for Koh Chang after 3 and a half hours of driving, excluding the mentioned stops and two toilet stops. Excellent driver, though his English was pretty basic and we were hardly given any Information. But all ten of us were in good spirits throughout the journey, and we arrived at our hotels in Koh Chang nearly two hours later than scheduled.

Nice bus, but not enogh place to your legs

We left BKK airport at 10:20 and arrived to hotel at 16:40 (White Sand Beach). A van was a bit dirty, two aircon holes didn't have plugs (so you can't regulate air flow) but it was not a big trouble. We had two short stop by the way.
