China Railway Int

The train and all was really good but the ticket pickup process was terrible. Unable to find the hotel where you should pick the tickets up. The number to the contact person was useless as well cause they did not speak any english and we were basically lost. It was just luck that we found the lady that worked there at the train station so she could help us find the way. It turned out that we had been to the right building but all the signs where in Chinese and the office was inside a locked door on the 20th floor....

Train was what I expected (have been on before); comfortable enough, but basic. I like 12Go Asia, you guys are doing a great job with arranging tickets for this kind of travel, I did, though, have to chase a few times for confirmation of this booking. Also, it was a little difficult to find the office to pick up the ticket in Nanning. A map with pictures would have been useful.

First sleeper train in China with land border crossing in family. Resa of the tickets in May in France withdrawal the morning of the departure in a local agency a little difficult to find and not speaking English. Very good trip, it misses only the information because nobody speaks English in the train (at what time we cross the borders, how it happens?) The expenses are expensive (2/3 of the price of the tickets...)
