Senior HR manager/People partner

Requirements:

4-5+ years of human resource experience with staff of at least 50+.
Great English and Thailand communication skills (both oral and written) are a MUST, knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
Strong experience in recruitment, learning & development as well as employment/labour law.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ability to work as a mentor for the HR team in Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement onboarding, learning and development program.
Improve company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
Review and analyze the costs of the HR budget.
Manage the process for Visa & Work Permit applications and renewals for expatriate staff/consultants.
Support and suggest improvements in HR activities.
