Country Manager of Malaysia

12Go is the leading multimodal OTA in the industry, founded in 2012 and offering train, flight, bus, ferry tickets, transfers, and other travel products on its 2 domains: 12go.asia and 12go.com We are working in 70+ countries, and our service has been used by millions of travelers worldwide. We are looking for a Country Manager in Malaysia.

Requirements:

  • Native Malaysian Nationality, Fluent in English and Chinese speaking would be a plus;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in B2C or B2B online marketing, SEM, CPA/affiliate relations, etc.;
  • Self-motivated and highly organized;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Ability to work Multitask;
  • Experience in OTA (online travel agency) is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and partner up with affiliate agents and operators (suppliers) to increase the traffic on www.12go.asia for Malaysia;
  • Follow, approve, and supervise the entire onboarding process of the new partnerships;
  • Ensure that all concerned departments are on-time informed about any change in operation/services;
  • Check on daily and weekly sales;
  • Work with Google Ads Experts to analyze routes/products with low eCommerce website conversion rates;
  • Track bad reviews and customers' inquiries to identify problems and resolve them;
  • Participate in developing overall country strategy, positioning, and growth;
  • Responsible for the localization of the product, together with the marketing team.
