I booked van + ferry but it became bus + ferry. Unfortunately, the bus station was at the other end of town. Until I was there 40 minutes passed. This is not apparent at the beginning of the booking and costs much too much compared to the booked route.

It want clear what the timing should be so we missed the 12:00 ferry then we travelled to the ticket office in Sri Raja for the 15:00 ferry but we also missed that one by a few minutes. This was avoidable as we waited there for more than an hour so we could have left at least 15 minutes earlier and make it. In the end we were on the 16:00 ferry which was almost an hour late.
